To participate in the program, the required steps are:
1. Online Registration
Registration can only be accomplished via our on-line form. Should you encounter any issues, please email the P.A.R.T.Y. Co-ordinator at: [email protected].
2. Confirmation of Session Date
Once your on-line registration form has been received, the P.A.R.T.Y. Co-ordinator will assign you a date and inform you via email from [email protected].
3. Preparation
All school staff attending should review the P.A.R.T.Y. Program Day Overview for Schools as detailed above. A site map will be provided to the main teacher/contact via email from [email protected].
Parents/guardians of students should review the P.A.R.T.Y. Program Parent Letter in advance of the program date:

4. Consent Form
We require one completed Parent/Guardian consent form (which includes consent to take photos) for each student that will be attending the program. This is in addition to your own school consent form. The Teacher is responsible for ensuring all completed forms are returned.
Please notify the coordinator if there is a student who has come to the program but has restrictions in participation per the consent form. These forms will allow us to share pictures of your great day on our social media.

5. Cancellation Process:
Should you need to cancel your day you must notify the program coordinator, Linda Lowery, at (905) 259-8846 at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled P.A.R.T.Y. date to ensure your deposit is returned. After that, your deposit is non-refundable.

We have compiled a list of recommended resources to continue the discussion with students after they have attended the program. There is one document for teachers, and another document for parents:
